Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, activate email filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply select the email box you want to forward emails from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
